St George's organises various pilgrimages each year, usually lasting about 5 days.

Recent pilgrimages have been to Salisbury, Walsingham, Chichester, St Albans, and Canterbury. Alternative (non-walking) pilgrimages have also been arranged to Oberammergau, St George's in Paris, the First World War Battlefields, and Antwerp.

	Church Army Marylebone Centre		Wessex Children's Hospice Trust

Other donations and support have been given to:
Care, Chicks, Corrymeela, Crisis, Bible Society, Feed the Children, Newbury Cancer care, Shelter, St Petroc's Resettlement Centre, & UNICEF, as well as gifts for needy children & others in Bosnia, Romania, Ukraine and Newbury.
